Being logged in, means that you are able to respond to video postings & articles.

Your account can be upgraded to have more privileges as a writer-publisher, posting articles, before I can allow that, I must install a disclaimer-agreement plugin ... because if anyone tries to abuse the site, the agreement disclaimer can protect me for being shut-down forever ... If you are only posting uplifting comments (which will always be appreciated)... and want to have access to the multimedia archive, being a registrar is enough.
